Lovely bedrooms with balcony, great bathroom, clean and tidy. Outdoor pool with perfect temperature, free inflatables. Excellent view of the lake. Polite and nice Cantonese-speaking staff.

This hotel exudes luxury and exclusive amenities that were catered to our needs perfectly. Our room was spacious and well-decorated with chic furniture and a fantastic bathroom. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and I loved the sun loungers which were really comfortable. the garden area was just the right size for us to take a leisurely stroll.

The service wasn't at par with the luxury of this hotel and needs improvement. the staff at the restaurant were not as attentive, which made our dining experience less than perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel, with an awesome balcony providing a breathtaking view of the lake. The swimming pool was well maintained and had a great temperature. It was near the lake and free inflatables were provided. The staff were polite and nice. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

During our romantic escape, we had a fantastic time. The hotel's views were stunning and the room décor was very tastefully decorated. We were surprised to find that the hotel had a wide variety of local and international cuisine, and the breakfast menu had plenty of choices. the garden was a perfect place to sit and relax and was very well-maintained.

We were quite dissatisfied with the hotel staff's service. Even though the hotel was situated near a key location, the staff was not very friendly, and it seemed like they lacked the adequate training.

My new year stay was truly remarkable. the outdoor pool with a spectacular view of the lake was definitely one of the best aspects of my stay. the staff was very professional and accommodating. They offered me an upgrade to a room with gorgeous garden views which was absolutely stunning. the location was perfect for me to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse myself in nature.

Although the staff was polite, the communication barrier was frustrating at times. Some of the staff members struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult for me to convey my concerns.
